These Saturday/Sunday morning classes, led by life long Pro Athlete and Physical Preparation Coach, Dan Matha, are dedicated to getting the body moving in the wonder of the great outdoors. We meet in between Mid Tow and Down Town Atlanta (location will be sent in email upon sign up) and bring our bodies to life. Through mobility, warm ups, and movement drills that will get that heart rate up, build muscle, and drop body fat. Working out is only hard if you aren’t having fun and we will be having lots of fun while pushing ourselves out of our comfort zone.
